What's a Loss Damage Waiver

Our Loss Damage Waiver is not insurance.  It is an optional upgrade that protects you financially against accidental damage to the rented container caused by the potential events listed below.  This waiver does not cover the personal property stored inside the rented container or intentional damage, theft, or loss, due to negligence.  A nominal fee is included in your monthly rental amount.

We do recommend you obtain insurance to cover items stored inside the container or verify that your current insurance coverage will cover the personal property you plan to store in the rented container.

Pricing Range

  • 20 Foot Standard Height - $75.00 - $145.00 per month

Drop Off and Pick Up Requirements

  • Ground where container is to be placed should be level and cleared of any obstacles
  • If you'd like the container placed on 4x4's, railroad ties, or pavers, they must be in place prior to drop off
  • Container renter is responsible to verify any permit requirements with HOA, City or County
